REFUND and cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all services booked through our website.


Payments

All payments are processed securely via:

  • Stripe

We do not store any payment details. For Klarna-specific terms, please refer to Klarna’s Buyer Terms.


Cancellation Timeframes

Brows Services

  • Must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Massage Services

  • Must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

❗ Missed or Late Cancellations

If you cancel after the required notice period or miss your appointment:

  • You are not entitled to a refund
  • If an emergency occurs, contact us via the contact form or enquiries@beautycustomclub.com
  • We may offer a full, partial, or no refund at our discretion

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule up to two times
  • On the third request, we may cancel the appointment and offer a full, partial, or no refund depending on the case

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Klarna handles instalments and payment disputes directly. We cannot reverse payments or alter schedules — refunds from Klarna will be returned according to their processing times and terms.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
