1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our services. By accessing or using our website, booking form, or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Bookings are processed through Bookly Pro.
- Payments are securely handled via Stripe.
- Payments are made in full at the time of booking.
- Klarna’s payment options are subject to their own terms and approval.
- We do not store your payment information — it is processed through Stripe directly.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Brows Appointments
- Must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment for a full refund or reschedule.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours prior, no refund will be issued unless an emergency is submitted via the contact form.
- In emergency cases, the vendor reserves the right to offer:
- A reschedule,
- A partial refund,
- A full refund,
- Or no refund,
based on the nature of the cancellation and the information provided.
Massage Appointments
- Must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior for a full refund or reschedule.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours prior, refunds are not guaranteed. Please contact us via the contact form to discuss. We may offer a full, partial, or no refund based on the circumstances.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule an appointment a maximum of two times.
- If a third rescheduling request is made, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and issue a full, partial, or no refund.
Important Booking Limitations
- As bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, if a Brows appointment is booked exactly 24 hours ahead and then cancelled, it falls outside the 48-hour cancellation period and will not be eligible for a refund.
- If this was booked in error, contact us immediately using the contact form or by email at enquiries@beautycustomclub.com. We reserve the right to decide whether a partial or no refund will be offered, or if rescheduling is possible.
4. Health & Safety Advisory
Please do not book:
- If you have had a chemical peel in the last 2 weeks.
- If you are currently undergoing or have recently undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy (within the last 2–4 weeks).
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive — Brows services are not advised.
- Pregnant clients booking massages do so at their own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility and health criteria before booking.

- We aim to respond within 3 business days.
- Complaints will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
6. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any of our services.
- We are not liable for third-party providers such as PayPal, Klarna, or Stripe.
- Any external links provided on our website are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By booking a service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
